The cuisine is Italian-influenced with Caribbean highlights. Our acclaimed chefs work with top-quality, fresh ingredients to produce dishes of a standard rarely achieved in the region. The extensive wine list provides the perfect complement to a memorable dining experience.
Lunch guests are welcome to take advantage of our boat trips (reservations required) to nearby, uninhabited Green Island, with its fabulous beaches and snorkeling. There is a fresh water shower and changing room on the beach available for all guests to enjoy, or you can have your refreshing shower by the swimming pool.
Dinner is served on Fridays & Saturdays and reservations are strongly recommended.
Special dinner bookings for groups are available and can be made throughout the week.
Enjoy your meal in the unique atmosphere of one of our shaded terraces or under the trees in the open air and relax and have a drink on the top of the sugar mill while sharing glorious views over Nonsuch Bay.
