Swalings is a UK-based, family-run business that has become a household name in Antigua and Barbuda, where they have operated a sports school since 2003. Best known for their unique swimming teaching methodology, Swalings offers swim courses for the beginner to the advanced swimmer. They utilize a varied and progressive swim program, which teaches confidence in and around water and provides the skills required to enable swimmers to fully enjoy themselves in the water. Lessons can be taken in group sessions or one-on-one classes at home. Children from the ages of 3 months and upwards, teenagers, and adults can benefit from the courses taught at Swalings, whether you’re learning from scratch, improving on existing skills, or training to become swimming teachers or first aiders.

Other Swalings activities include soccer, rugby, cricket, volleyball, athletics, handball, and baseball, where the emphasis is on enjoyment, teamwork, motivation, and the spirit of sport. You can also earn internationally recognized, international-standard qualifications in first aid, immediate aid, CPR, lifeguarding and lifeguard assisting. Babysitting and nanny services are available and we also organize children’s birthday parties so parents can sit back, relax and enjoy the day just as much as the children.
