The Clock Tower Commercial Center opened it’s doors on July 2010. It provides rental and lease spots for persons wishing to operate businesses. This commercial center will provide residents of Parham, Wilikies, English Harbour and other surrounding villages with a more convenient shopping area. Elmore “tamu” Charles, the owner of the building is happy the project is completed for 2010.
