Crusader Radio
On May 19, 2001, Crusader Publications and Broadcasting limited obtained licenses to operate a radio station and a television station in Antigua & Barbuda. Because the cost of starting up a television Station was somewhat prohibitive, the Board of Directors opted to enter the Radio Market.
Crusader Radio began broadcasting on August 18, 2003 and within a few short months began to make an impact.The company’s main shareholders are the United Progressive Party (UPP) and its members. The United Progressive Party (UPP) is the official Opposition in the House of Representatives of Antigua & Barbuda, therefore, the main aim of Crusader Radio is to promote the programmes and policies of the Party.
