Kite Festival
The Antigua and Barbuda International Kite Festival is an Event not to be missed.
This annual kiting festival is a great opportunity for kite flyers to indulge in their favourite pastime. There is certainly plenty of kiting activities on the agenda, but there’s also enough down time to allow participants to enjoy island life.
The dates have been set for March 30th – April 7th, 2010.
The event schedule is as follows:
Wednesday 31st March — Beach Fly @ Buccaneer Cove 9am to 3pm.
Thursday 1st April — Indoor Fly @ Multi Purpose Cultural Centre 7pm to 9pm.
Friday 2nd April — Lawn BBQ 6pm to 9pm.
Saturday 3rd April — Fun Fly/Competition @ Freeman’s Village Playgrounds 9am to 5pm.
Monday 5th April — Devils Bridge Fun Fly – 9am to 5pm.
Tuesday 6th April — Sunset Snorkel Cruise 1pm-7pm
